  •  Acts of God:  Any damage or disruption caused by natural events, including but not limited to floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, or other similar natural occurrences.
  •  Accidents: Any damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to vehicular collisions, vandalism, or other unforeseen incidents.  
  •  Third-Part Mishandling: Any damage resulting mishandling, including but not limited to improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications by third-parties non contracted by Rosco's Security.

*Pre-Contract Requirement:
To ensure the highest level of service and reliability, an initial equipment status assessment and any necessary repairs must be completed before establishing contract. This preliminary step ensures that the operators are in optimal working condition at the start of our service agreement.

**Disclosure: Right to Modify Service Contract Plans
Rosco's Security reserves the right to modify, update, or make changes to the service contract plan options, including terms, pricing, and coverage, at any time and at our sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to customers in advance, ensuring adequate notice to review and consider the updated terms. Continued use of our services following the effective date of such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated service contract plan. Customers may contact Rosco's Security with any questions or concerns regarding modifications to their plan.
